San Jose is the capital in Costa Rica and some friends do ask me if there is any recommendation when they get a few days at transit of San Jose & Alajuela.

Actually, San Jose is really a city and of course, it is good to have a city tour to visit the national theatre and the famous museum of gold. The exhibits in the museum is not very special but can help us know more about the goldsmith technique in ancient times.
San Jose是一個城市，遊覽可去參觀有名的國家大劇院和著名的黃金博物館。對我們來講，黃金博物館內的展品可能不是非常特別；但可以使我們認識更多當年黃金鑄造技術。
Moreover, Volcan Poas near Alajuela is a Must-go. If you like animals, La Paz Waterfall Garden is a good choice too.
