Oaxaca出名的食品
Mezcal -
a distilled alcoholic beverage made from the maguey plant of Oaxaca!    It is very famous and those mezcal shops are always with free tasting.  Usually, those 1 day tour may include a visit to the mezcal factory as well
Some are even made with a worm inside the bottle!
從Oaxaca龍舌蘭植物蒸餾的酒精飲料！它是非常有名的，通常一日遊很可能包括到mezcal酒廠看看和免費品嚐mezcal。有些更會用蟲來釀成，令人想起中國用蛇、老鼠仔釀酒。

Tamales - 
a kind of corn dough with a savory or sweet filling and typically wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves.  The packets are steamed and eaten traditionally served with Atole. 
 一種有咸或甜餡的玉米團，通常用玉米或香蕉葉包裹。傳統上多與Atole一起吃。


Atole - 
A warm almost porridge-like drink made with masa (corn dough). There are chocolate flavor or are with fruits or nuts. 
一個用masa（玉米麵團）造的粥狀飲料。有巧克力味或伴以水果或堅果。


Chapulines - 
A grasshopper which is crispy fried then coated in with a mixture of salt and ground chiles and served as a snack (botanas).
脆炸的草蜢再加上鹽和辣椒的小吃（botanas）。

mole - 
a smooth sauce blended of onion, garlic, several varieties of chilies, ground seeds and a small amount of chocolate. It is important to note that not all moles contain chocolate. Mole negro is from Oaxaca.(Though Puebla also claim they are the origin)
Mayordomo is the traditional brand selling chocolate and mole there.

混合蔥、蒜、辣椒、種子和少量巧克力造成的醬料。要注意的是，並非所有的 Mole都包含巧克力。Oaxaca出名是黑 Mole之鄉（雖然Puebla也聲稱是它的發源地）
mayordomo是暢銷巧克力和mole的傳統品牌。

 Oaxaca的熱鬧聖誕節和蘿蔔之夜 La Noche de Rábanos




Exhibition at the Zocalo 
The main square is full of different people to come appreciating the sculptures made by Radishes.  In the form of Jesus with a cross, their saint Guadalupe, or even a dragon!
It is really a good chance to appreciate the amazing art of the local people.  The winners are awarded cash prizes and certificates, and usually it is the whole families joining their efforts during this event.
Zocalo廣場的展覽
下午不同的人擁擠在廣場，來看由蘿蔔製成的雕塑 －背著十字架的耶穌，他們的聖母Guadalupe，甚至是龍！
這實在是一個很好的機會欣賞到當地人的藝術；獲勝者可得到獎金和證書，通常是整個家庭一起努力得到的成果。

At Christmas, there will be parade of decorated cars starting from different churches and arriving in Zocalo.  With music, hymns, and some big doll of special character, the parade is really a fun to watch.  The main street is often crowded with people and kids who are waiting eagerly for the give out candies from the parading team.
在聖誕節，更會有花車遊行，從不同的教會出發到Zocalo，在前後總是跟著音樂，聖詩隊和一些兩個人高的大娃娃，實在是有趣。主要街道滿是大人們和孩子們，他們都正等待遊行隊伍派發糖果。

晚上人們會放煙火 Fireworks on sale!

Oaxaca 究竟有什麼特別，你可以在那裡找到Monte Albán，Agua del Hierve，並有傳統的市塲賣著各樣的本地食物（例如炸草蜢，炸幼蟲等）在聖誕節更有大型的活動La Noche de Rábanos
What is so special in Oaxaca? You can find Monte Albán, Agua del Hierve, tradition market selling local food e.g. fried grasshoppers, worms. Moreover, there is interesting big event La Noche de Rábanos during Christmas. 


首先，我們去Agua del Hierve的露天溫泉暢泳.
Firstly Lets go to Agua del Hierve to have a swim in the open air mineral spring.  

再到考古遺址Monte Albán

Then we can have a visit to the archaeological site - Monte Albán
